Show us how your AirExchange looks in your community. We're incredibly proud you chose us and would love to share your photo with others.
When you upload or post a photo on Instagram or Facebook and tag us with @AirExchange, you automatically give us permission to publish your photo on our website and social channels. This allows us:
- Share your photo on our social media channels and use it on our website www.airexchange.nl
- Use the photos you took in our magazines and/or newsletter
- Use your image until you choose to withdraw your consent
This is what you get from us:
- Free publicity on our channels, magazine, newsletter and the website airexchange.nl
- A mention of the photographer (if desired)
- The option to withdraw your consent at any time
- Every month we draw a winner from all the new atmospheric photos and that winner wins a voucher worth €100.
What requirements does my photo have to meet to be eligible to win the voucher?
- Take an atmospheric photo of the system and its surroundings. So, the whole picture, not just the system itself.
- Take a photo without people in it. Images of people are also not allowed in the photo.
- Take a sharp photo. Blurry photos or systems in packaging will be excluded.
- Take as many photos as possible. Photo collages are also eligible, but they will count as one entry.
By agreeing to these terms, you declare that the image is your property.

If you'd like, we can include your name or the photographer's name. If you'd like this, please let us know by emailing info@airexchange.nl.
Withdraw consent
Of course, you can withdraw your consent. Email your request to remove images to info@airexchange.nl and share a direct link to the image. We will ensure the image is removed from our digital channels as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days. If we have used your photo in our magazine or newsletter, unfortunately, we can no longer remove the image.
General Information
- AirExchange reserves the right to unilaterally change, modify, or interrupt the promotion and/or change the promotion conditions and/or prizes during the promotion without AirExchange being obligated to compensate participants for any damages.
- AirExchange will treat all personal data it obtains in connection with this promotion confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
- AirExchange will use the personal information of the winner and participants solely for this promotion and will never share, sell, or rent it to third parties. Furthermore, the personal information of a winner or participant will never be disclosed without the winner's or participant's consent.
